Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you have permission to provide the submitted details and that they do not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property or legal rights. Do not request imitation of a living artist or submit unlawful, hateful, threatening or exploitative content.
Creative process
HBD.fm creates an original song from the supplied brief and may make editorial changes for rhythm, clarity, safety and musical quality. One factual correction is included. If the result misses the agreed brief, HBD.fm will review the issue with the buyer. A different genre, mood or rewritten story may require a new production fee.
Delivery
Any delivery estimate is a target, not a guarantee, until HBD.fm confirms the request. Orders with unclear pronunciation, missing facts or sensitive content may require follow-up.
Payment and refunds
Payment is due before production begins. If HBD.fm cannot accept the order, no payment is required. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on how much custom production work has already been completed and will be explained before payment.
Sharing and privacy
Private pages are unlisted but accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for deciding who receives the link and for obtaining permission before requesting public use.
Rights
The buyer may personally share and enjoy the delivered song. Commercial use, advertising, resale, synchronization or public campaign use requires separate written permission.
Service limitations
HBD.fm uses generative music tools, human review, third-party hosting tools and manual fulfillment. Features may change as the service develops.
Effective August 3, 2026. These terms should be reviewed by counsel before material scale.
