Do I need to write lyrics?
No. Share the names, stories, personality and feeling. HBD.fm turns those details into lyrics and music.
How long does the order form take?
Most people can complete it in about five minutes. Specific memories matter more than long answers.
What does the $29 price include?
A complete 2–3 minute personalized song, a private unlisted share page, human review and one factual correction.
When does production begin?
After HBD.fm reviews the request, confirms timing and receives payment. HBD.fm aims to send payment links within two hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Central.
How fast is delivery?
The current target is within 24 hours when capacity permits. HBD.fm confirms the timing before payment, especially for a fixed party date.
Will the song appear in Google?
No. Customer song pages are unlisted and marked not to appear in search by default.
Is a private page password protected?
Not by default. Private means unlisted: anyone who receives the link can open it. Share it only with people you trust.
What information should I avoid?
Do not submit passwords, financial information, medical records, full birth dates, home addresses or details you do not have permission to share.
What if I do not like the first result?
One factual correction is included. If the result misses the agreed brief, contact HBD.fm and we will review it with you. A complete change of genre, mood or story is a new production.
Can the song be funny?
Yes. Choose funny, heartfelt or both, and tell HBD.fm which jokes are safe and which topics to avoid.
Can I order an anniversary or retirement song?
Yes. Birthdays are the main focus, but anniversaries, retirements, graduations and other milestones use the same $29 product.
Does HBD.fm use AI?
Yes. HBD.fm uses generative music tools as part of production. A human shapes the brief, checks names and facts, reviews the finished result and decides what is ready to deliver.
Will my customer song be posted on SoundCloud?
No. SoundCloud is used only for public examples on the website. Customer delivery is through a private, unlisted HBD.fm page unless you explicitly approve public use.
